Masqueraders must ensure that all options and sizes are correctly selected at the point of ordering. Bodywear options are final and cannot be changed or upgraded once your order has been placed.
Packages must be collected on the assigned days.
All payment deadlines must be strictly followed to keep your costume secure. You can log into your Playmas account to check your current balance, and any additional payments must be completed by midnight UK time on the deadline day.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Exchanges, transfers, or changes to section, style, size, or measurements cannot be accommodated after registration.
Refunds are not possible, as all items are custom-made to your size and specifications, and payments go toward the production process, logistics, and business overheads.
A processing fee from the payment provider will be added at checkout.
